Bryson is an attorney with a multidisciplinary background in law, business, economics, and political science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law and later earned his Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University School of Business. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Ohio.

Bryson’s legal experience spans real estate and foreclosure matters, civil litigation, securities and arbitration, estate planning, document review, and legal research. His background gives him experience working with clients and legal matters from the initial review and discovery stages through negotiation, mediation, and resolution.

Professional Background

Bryson most recently practiced with RAS Legal, where his work focused heavily on real estate and foreclosure matters. He reviewed and corrected foreclosure-related documents, including breach and notice-of-intent letters, affidavits of debt, loss-mitigation affidavits, substitution-of-trustee documents, and Order to Docket filings.

Earlier in his career, Bryson worked in civil litigation with the Law Office of Chidinma Iwuji. His responsibilities included legal research, discovery, interrogatories, requests for production and admission, and drafting and working with motions including motions to compel, motions for summary judgment, and motions to dismiss. He also participated in depositions, hearings, and mediation conferences.

His experience also included reviewing personal-injury medical records, preparing settlement demand letters, drafting wills, reviewing trusts, preparing deed transfers, and conducting privilege and relevance reviews of legal documents.

Bryson has additional experience in complex document review involving financial documents, correspondence, and other corporate records, including work using the Relativity document-review platform. Earlier in his career, he also conducted research involving municipalities, townships, procedural matters, and issues under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Education

Bryson earned his Juris Doctor in 2018 from Duquesne University School of Law. While in law school, he participated in securities dispute resolution and trial advocacy competitions, including a team that received first place in the Advocates’ Choice Award. His coursework included securities regulation, securities and arbitration, and real estate planning.

He earned his Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University School of Business in 2020 and his Bachelor of Arts from Muskingum University in 2015, where he completed majors in Business Management, Economics, and Political Science.

Beyond the Office

Outside of his legal work, Bryson has remained involved in athletics and his community. He coached youth basketball during the fall 2024 season and was a three-year varsity football letter winner during college, serving as the starting tight end his senior year. His interests also include playing piano and drums.
