newcontent

I'm trying to provide another method to build APP content. Here's a few examples of information types that I would like to see if we have access to, even if it's an arm reach away:

Updated Laws (Domestic or in Your Offshore Jurisdictions)
When something changes or is challenged that is in one of your jurisdictions and related to one of your services. For example, I found an article about a time when New Zealand tried to tell the Cook Islands what to do in a privacy case and the Cook Islands claimed sovereignty through their supreme court. This article showcased the strength of the jurisdiction when it comes to holding their end of the bargain. This is political news, but of value to your customer. When a law changes that has an effect on US customers and offshore banking we should explain our view on it. For example, a law firm produces an article about Swiss banking accounts and various investigations and describes what is happening and who it really affects. So when there is a buzz about a crackdown, and it turns out to be for UK retired, whatever type investors, we can use the information to stay current and offer a mild translation of the event from a professional's perspective.

Court Rulings and New Developments
If there are court rulings that shape the asset protection landscape, it would be great content to talk about. For example, domestic asset protection trusts and what various states are doing with them and how out of state creditors look at them. This was another example that I read about a Florida court ruling in favor of an asset protection trust and what law firms are saying about domestic asset protection trust development. One firm simply said that "that's good news, but they are relatively new and haven't been proven in court yet". That's all they had to say about a topic in the industry, but the entire piece of information is worthwhile information to your customers and would be excellent material.

Continuing Experience and Education
I find that the leading sources of new information have content around what they are teaching and what they are learning. It communicates the activity of the individual or business unit. I don't know if you're still doing seminars or not, I haven't heard much on that front in a while, but if you are giving them or going to them, let's talk about it and add that to the toolbox.

Information Sources
I was trying to ask you on MSN if your domestic attorney or offshore attorney has information like this? Most of the content that I find like this, comes from a law firm or lawyer. I also find lawyer networks and pages of profiles of firms and attorneys passing on asset protection information and services.

There's a lot more people on the playing field now than there was before. We need to be on top of the game to be on top of rankings. Rankings will be driven by communicating all of the information we have to share based on being the world's largest asset protection service provider. Logically, we should at least be abreast of the things going on and have a position or opinion on them that we would like to share. So here's another concept to build up APP.com, let's take information that's within our legal reach and talk about it. This is something that I can work with to push another rankings climb.

I tried you on MSN and phone this morning. If you can call me back and let me know what you think is reasonable here and let's start getting some of that rolling in.
